William is a Brazilian actor with passion for art and communication. William had experience as a bar manager and worked in several renowned restaurants, refining his skills and improving his knowledge. Nowadays, his talent as an actor has made him shine on Australian TV screens and you will see William in countless advertisements around Australia and the world.

Shirin is a Palestinian-Brazilian dentist with a strong entrepreneurial background, having grown up seeing her family successfully own businesses across various industries, including hospitality. Beyond her clinical expertise, Shirin is dedicated to mentoring new graduate dentists in Queensland, empowering them with the skills and confidence to succeed. Whether in the clinic or the hospitality industry, Shirin’s mission remains the same, leading her team to create spaces that prioritize comfort, care, and connection.

William and Shirin met in 2018. For their first date, William planned a surprise dinner for Shirin in Sydney. Time slipped away from them during enjoyable times, and suddenly they forgot to place their food order and the kitchen was already closed. They looked for another place, however every restaurant was closed. Watching on was an old Italian lady who was closing but kindly offered them homemade pasta served in a container. They got in love with the Italian hospitality and since then the culinary always was part of their love story.

Shirin and William combined their passion and expertise to create La Casa Beach Bar, a vibrant beachfront destination where the warmth of hospitality meets the charm of Mooloolaba Beach.
